基本情况
校聘教授，硕士研究生导师，教育学博士。入选yl23411永利官网高层次人才（优秀青年人才）计划。本硕博分别毕业于University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa，Johns Hopkins University，Pepperdine University；曾在中国政法大学从事博士后研究工作。发表SSCI/SCI收录论文30余篇，其中以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表18篇。此外，受邀担任《Social Forces》、《Globalisation, Societies and Education》、《Journal of Further and Higher Education》等33种SSCI/SCI期刊外审专家，审稿领域涵盖法学、心理学、教育学、社会学、公共卫生等多个学科。
主要围绕国际流动、跨文化适应与社会再融入等议题开展研究，聚焦跨境群体在制度变迁与文化转换背景下的身份认同、感知歧视、社会信任与心理健康等问题，形成了以跨文化流动与社会心理机制为基础、兼顾制度环境与治理回应的研究方向。近年来，研究进一步拓展至工程教育中的学习心理、适应发展与支持机制，关注教育情境中的个体发展与实践干预。
